100% Achievements but visible in "perfect games" section?
So i got all achievements in Handshakes. 100%. Normally those games are now visible in the "perfect games" section in the steam profile. But not this one. Why?

This is due to the game being new. Steam has to "learn" about the game first to ensure that the game isn't just giving away free achievements.

If you visit the Handshakes store page, below the game features: "Singleplayer, Co-Op, Steam Cloud" etc, there is a note saying steam is still learning about the game, once that disappears, achievements, perfect games, etc should be available to add to profiles.

Does this happen automatically or am i already screwed now?

As far as I know, eventually the features will become available once steam finishes "learning". Since you already have the achievements, it should just become available for you and your perfect games count should go up, so all should be good.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any info about how long steam takes. Feel free to subscribe to this discussion or follow Handshakes, I'll post and update once steam finishes "learning".

it happens automatically when Steam makes the change, i've had games that didn't count even though 100% and once the game had passed Steam's criteria it was added to my achievement count and perfect games

i 100%'ed the game around 2 weeks ago and it's also not showing up on my perfect games tab. however, a friend of mine who full cleared the game a few days prior to me has had it show up on his perfect game tab just fine ever since i first checked. does anyone know what causes this to happen?

The game not showing up in perfect games is due to steam still "learning" about the game. If your friend has it counted towards his perfect games then that's some kind of bug on steams side I'd say. Very strange!

Hopefully steam will finish "learning" soon.

So nearly a year later: still same issue. I don’t think it’s about „steam still trying to learn about this game“.

Yeah steam got back to me a while ago, here's what I wrote in the FAQ post:

Unfortunately this is out of our hands. Steam has decided that Handshakes' profile features should be limited. We've asked steam for clarification and they could only tell us that Handshakes will need to see a significant number of players / purchases for it's "confidence level" to go up. At the time of writing over 60k of you have downloaded and played Handshakes, which is unfortunately in steams eyes not a significant number of players. We suspect the game being free is a factor too as we've seen games with less players who have full profile features. Hopefully this will change at some point in the future but for now there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

To be honest just add a small micro transaction for $1 more or less and steam will be happy enough. Maybe make a small paid dlc with achievements for whatever amount, then steam would be very happy and go from "learning" to "learned" in no time.

This right here! I'd be more than happy to pay for a DLC - this game is really fun!
