Where to find...

I got to the final acolyte and before going to her, I decided to collect the missing items.
I explored the locations well and thoroughly (I climbed into all possible nooks and corners and sometimes it even led to getting stuck in colliders) and I did this several times, but I am still missing something and have absolutely no idea where to find the rest (especially the three remaining weapons).

Specifically I'm looking for:
- the third set of Molder's Toolkit (as far as I understand, there are only three of them; two sets I got in Dunghaven);
- the third relic (I think it’s somewhere in Irelia, but I’m not sure);
- one combat claws and two brass knuckles.

Has anyone found any of these items? I would be grateful for any tips and help.

Third is in the city i think, look for those yellow balls, they are attached to the walls, look up, there are a lot of those around, you have to burst them with the gun btw.
I think i found that tool set near the station shrine, after you open the left side of the station, theres a room with some wooden panels and a doorway, the yellow ball is behind you above the doorway.

Im missing a weapon too, i think its a knuckle, searched a lot and nothing, the last dagger i found was on the thorax, bone daggers or something like that, hidden in the center area inside a makeshift column near a lot of enemies, hard to find, i only found because it glowed yellow when i was with high madness, everything was purple, really stood out, maybe thats a hint, walk around mad hehehe.

Found third relic in Moonlight Garden (Irelia). Cocoon on one of "towers" there. There is also one of carcass kings next to that one tower.

i miss this "legendary weapon" i dont know where to find it

Found two brass knuckles:
1. One (the second entry from codex) in Dunghaven - Sunken Isle. It is on one of the walls in alley just around the corner from respawn altar.
2. Another one (the third entry from codex) in Irelia. It is in the alley (with two mosquito-enemies and one feathered rat-like monster) after rejectorium before bridge back to terminal station. Yellow cocoon is on the wall with three mosquito-cocoons (yes, before you can get weapon you hit these coccons and fight mosquito-enemies).

Only the last battle claws remain... Which should be somewhere in Irelia or Thorax...

Which section and which entry? One-handed, dual-wielded or two-handed?

I miss the second weapon under the "stock" sword that the game gives you at the beginning the category is called legendary

This sword is found in the area after Grom's "lair". There will be a statue and the sword right in front of it.

Yes im missing that one too, looked everywhere before NG+, no luck.

since we've all looked at every possible angle I think it's 99% above some wall...at this point I think I have to go through every map and just look in the air xD

Found it, thx, i didnt get the one about the unending cycle though, dont know whats that, i figure its just complete NG+?
