Where does one find the hag?
I've searched every level high and low from what I've seen, yet never found her.

Hey! When you spawn in at the Hall of Redemption shrine, head to the right to the open doorway. Once through the door, head left and you'll find some ladders to the building's rafters, and after navigating the beams carefully and heading up another set of ladders, you'll find the Hag of the Hall :)
