How bad is the SA stuff?

I've been wanting to play this game for awhile now but I'm not comfortable with sexual content, could I just skip alot of those scenes or should I just not pick up this game?

While that kind of thing pops up a fair bit in the original, It's virtually nonexistent in this one. You should be fine even if you're the squeamish sort.

I'd recommend you to play with a mod that censors it, and be aware some characters are harrassed sexually (specially female ones), but it is a lot less than the first game (which might not say much since the first game had a lot). The biggest advice I can give is to play with someone who knows about the game to warn you about all this stuff, despite all the sensitive stuff it is a phenomenal experience but just take this as a grain of salt since I'm not bothered by the stuff that bothers you.

On a side not, all of the sexual violence scenes can be avoided by avoiding the specific characters or encounters that trigger it. Hope this comment helped!

There honestly not that much? Some phallic imagery here and there and also one enemy in particular near the beginning of the game but... I can't think of anything else. Pretty tame on that front compared to the first game

The game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, man. It's made to gross you out and terrify you. So tragic and violent stuff will be well spelled to you and rubbed in your face while giving you a sense of hope or "escape with what remains of me" to fire up your anxiety. That being said, it does a good job of keeping the violent terror up on it but cutting off the "sexual/erotic" aspect of it, leaving the sex as blurry or ambiguous as it can while being very graphic that you're having a really bad time.

I don't understand why someone with an aversion to violence, let alone sexual anything, would want to play a sequel to the game with 5 different full movie cutscenes with death by sodomy coinflip death scenes.

Compared to the original it's almost non-existent.

That being said, there's a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up moments in the game. One early on involving a alien facehugger-esque flying penis that will....uh....well you get the idea if you're familiar with that movie.

There's also a reference to the Human Centipede. If you know, you know. If you don't, you don't want to. Don't lose to Stiches. If you do, immediately force quit the game.

And finally there's a genie that has a very, uh, interesting animation if he catches and kills you. Easy enough to never meet. He's only an encounter if you steal something from the backroom of a certain shopkeeper, or if you're stupid enough to play Maso mode (don't do this). Honestly, this is probably the closest to actual "rape" in the game. Unless you really want to count that first one (I can't...it's too over the top for me to take seriously).

Those are the 3 big things in the game that might be too much for you. There's a few dongs as well but that seems almost trivial in comparison.
