Is it worth it keeping Black Kalev in the party?
Is it gonna be worth it keeping it or should I just sacrifice it to Gro-gorot?

Meat shield. Hypothetically if you're running solo, enemies will target you 100% of the time. With Black Kalev or a Ghoul in the party that's reduced to 50% or less depending on how many other people are in the party. Given the scarcity of healing items and the trouble of limb loss, the fewer hits you take the better. Also, sometimes he gets a lucky hit on the head and the combat is over before it started.

Personally? I'd rather save that circle in the basement for Sylvain in case I get banged up really bad or lose a limb. So I never bother getting him.

Yeah if you're really desperate for early day 1 meat shields, killing needles with a gas can and then giving the heroin to levi is a much better alternative, it's a waste of an old god circle which are rare as is, I'm hoping kalev gets a buff at some point, like maybe he gets new abilities after grazing 3 times or something, like rampage stunning whatever part he hits
