Yes. There's some weapons that can hit ghosts or you can just use your fists. Marcoh has an advantage there.

But the problem is, that the genie will start to haunt you and appear everywhere you go.
So no, it cannot really be killed, you can only get rid of it momentarily when you destroy his body.
IMO the bloody soul stone is not worth the trouble.

It will show up in every place with a radio or a TV + 2 encounters in the museum. Only gets damaged by otherworldly sources. And his attacks are insta kills

Unless it was unintended/it's been patched, if you have two or more party members and you do have something that hurts it, it becomes a complete joke. Have your character who can hurt them beat on them, have another character guard and it seems like a single party guard makes sure you'll evade it's attack every single time, literally has never landed on me at least.
