Washing machine password?

I'm at the apartment complex that's full of mold. I've crashed the statue and red the madman's diary. However, I can't for the life of me figure out the washing machine combination. My logic is that in each apartment (6, 9, 11 and 13) has a certain number associated with it. I tried:
Room 6 - 4 musical instruments (5?)
Room 9 - 11 squares on the floor
Room 11 - 21 dolls
Room 13 - 20 boxes
However there aren't enough spaces to type in 4 11 21 20 in the padlock. What am I missing here?

I've seen several people mention different combinations. I believe it is randomised. You need to check the apartments mentioned on TV and then insert the apartment numbers depending on the order mentioned in the madman's diary.

You need to enter, in order, the rooms numbers you see on the TV.

no thats wrong ( it may be randomized) but the tv will tell you the 4 apartments of the victims and the padlock is the order the madman killed the victims so if victim 1 played loud music then it would be instrument room number 1st

I didn't know the code is randomized. Before I found the madman's diary, I brute forced the puzzle by writing down all the possible combinations and trying them out one by one. (My code was 13 2 6 11.)

i saw the numbers when watching the television on the first floor, last room. I can confirm its randomized on playthrough as well

I don't understand, in TV there is only 2 6 11 and 13, but madam writes that first she killed astronomy fan who lives in 10-9 appartment, and with 9 it is working

My answer was 9, 13, 11, and 6. It was the apartment number for me.

Either ask the ghost in bathroom 3 or read the madman's diary order.
How to get the diary: Push the statue through the broken wall onto the old wood floor
How to get the ghost to tell you: Use the Ouija Board in the 3F bathroom
Just because a wall is broken down it does not mean it is one room.

The answer to the riddle:
1. Karin tells us who was killed
2. The ghost or the diary tells us the order
3. We find out which room number was in whose possession
The game is making it very easy for you once you find out.
