Magical Girl Mode where you play as Thi or Lorelei wearing Sailor Moon clothes and wielding an unlimited ammo dark staff?

Mods will make your able to play as the Joker versus an army of Rabid Bunnies & Bridgekeepers.

But in the official game, no.

Well... Thi's voice actress is a former pornstar, so there could be a reference to that somewhere, not so much for Lorelei's.

Google for ROTT voice actors and you'll find Misti Dawn as Thi Barrett.
