Has anyone been able to get the hat in the Elevator Shaft in the Bank of England? I can't seem to get the Doctor to climb/crawl through that tiny space. I know there is one there as I played this on the Vita.

Its definately there, you can see it from the level below but I wasnt able to get to it either

I wasn't able to get it either, it seems to be that the wall is glitched or theres a bug since by that doctor who doesn't seem to realise that it needs to climb/crawl through the tiny space since i tried for half an hour with no success.

Yeah, it must be glitched, i couldnt get that one either. I thought I was alone in this problem, glad to hear that I'm not though.
