I'm in the Cybermen's ship after escaping from the building and I was to turn off the security system. I got it for the 11th doctor but I'm playing as River and I don't know what I should do.

I am assuming you mean the part where you sonic the pole and climb up? With River Song, you fire a charged shot on the base of that first pole and a door to the bottom opens up. So with Eleven you go up, with River you go down.
