Now that Tribes has also gone ass up I wonder at what point we have some credence to sue these devs for scamming people out of their money.

100%. I bought the most expensive founder pack for this game and was supposed to receive "tribes 3" for free for buying a founders bundle as a "refund" and I never even got that LOL

What money? Pretty sure that's why they keep scamming gamers. They don't have the money to work with as it is.

The money that I and plenty of other people bought into the game with just before they rug pulled. If they don't have the money to run a studio then maybe they should start smaller. It's the same as a restaurant owner saying you have to tip workers because they can't afford living wages, if that's actually the case then you don't deserve to run a business and have employees. Plenty of good games are made entirely solo.

Good old steam. It really has gone the way of the dodo, Look at Grey Zone, Project L33t etc all scams and steam supported having them on their platform and let all of us down and still does to this day, Steam the NFT of gaming . . . .
