game crashes windows

hi,
its unplayable on my pc
windows 10

i start it then my screen gets light gray. i can use alt tab and see my desktop + the open programms. i can open task manager but it will not be visible, only in alt+tab but i cant get it visible. luxor amun is then disappeared. all i can do is shut down my computer.
