Report a translation problem
Check your connections:
Ensure the controller is properly plugged into the USB cable and the other end is securely connected to the console.
Restart your console:
Sometimes a simple restart can fix connection issues.
Re-pair the controller:
-Turn off the controller.
-Connect the controller to the console using a USB cable.
-Press the PS button on the controller to re-pair.
Reset the controller:
-Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller (near the L2 button).
-Use a paperclip or similar tool to press and hold the button for a few seconds.
Check your Bluetooth settings:
-Go to your console settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
-Try removing the controller from the paired devices list and re-adding it.
Update controller firmware:
-Check if there are any available firmware updates for your controller in your console settings.
I play on pc with this controller and I have already tried most of your recommendations.
It is well recognized with my bluetooth. It works perfectly on sniper elite 4 on my pc via steam.
The firmware is up to date.
