Why isn't this DLC?

I mean, from what I see on youtube, this is just a huge DLC sold as a new retail game. Not to mention all the bugs and the sort. Just another cashgrab or am I missing something here?

well... directly compare to SE 5 which had plenty issues with NPC..
that "they" could be acting like stupido morons ;D
all over the mission maps
arm in the air point at sky /glitch...
NPC and Players dropping dead undermap texture in the many crutch jump over walls
and else many spots / spawns
non those was that was (to me) gamebreaking.. and got FIXed in the upcomming patches

so i say... this game SE:R
it been a glory to play... "on my PC"... so little bugs.. error and glitches...
Compare it to SE 5 .. it be like it's nothing... (thats how i sees it)

Why isn't this DLC? ...well it's in France
with full complete all evrything u had in SE 5
and then i mean all freaken evrything..... hehe evrything evrything down the last piguon

so just say i'm very OK with 14 new maps in France
and to say it's only copy and paste,,, beleave it or not...
it loads of work and soul put into this...
*even with all the many simularity's SE 5 that are there...

so my conclusion,,, the game is good FUN *just like SE 4 and SE 5 was...
super happy it only tok 2 1/2 to release this,,, after SE 5

now i'm good to wait 5-6 years for SE 6..... ;D

Honestly, I think it should have been and stated this in my review of the game, but I'm not upset that it wasn't. I understand that releasing a full game probably generates more publicity than a DLC release, so I get why they have done it this way. That said, I saw zero marketing for Resistance, so I don't know if they really capitalised on it well on that front either. But yeah, different protagonist, so it's not technically 6, but it really could have been two separate DLC packs with maybe 4 missions in each. Especially since it's so similar to 5 gameplay wise, it's probably going to hurt them in the long run because people will see it as a bit of a cash grab, reality or not.

CI games Publisher & Developer: Underdog Studio,,, bouth from Poland
in my View very very creative DEVs /modern warfare...
and not that unlike the Sniper elite consept

with it be also section ( relativly speaken ) rather smal mission maps... /not open world
with only 6 mission maps with the
last release on Jun 2021...

thats closeing in on 5 years. now,, and there no words about any upcomming SGWC #3

they also gotten insane pepper (critic) for been CASH grabbing
when they actually is NOT...
because... unlike SE 5 - 6

u dont need anything else then the base game
and be totally fine
without buy any DLC .... it all be optional cosmetic weapons / skins
and u can complete all evrything... included the Steam Achivements...

unlike SE 5 & SE Resistance...
where u need /most have,,, seasonpass 1 & 2 to complete game / Steam Achivements

so in that sense i partly agree and see it seems like some form of cash grab

just hope they can keep it going so we can get a SE 6
and some day see SGWC 3 also come alive

It`s probably worth what you can get it for now , but still should have been dlc for SE5

LOL

Mate, save being this upset for the things which really matter in life. It's not healthy to obsess over trivial things. I agree that it SHOULD have been DLC, but you're trying to tell other people to stop sharing their opinion while saying you have a right to voice yours. If you don't want the game, don't buy it, but don't tell other people who are enjoying it that they shouldn't because of things that clearly aren't as important to them as they are to you.

He just bought the game cause he is a huge fan of the franchise. As many of them, no one watched the trailer, just It was enthusiast about pre-order and stop. Then, they found the truth and however it's too late for a refund so someone is crying a river just for "to be" disappointed. I've got whole franchise but resistance and I has been cheated by devs about SE5, hoping it was better than previous... no as I've expected. Well, I was cheated one time, not twice! IMO this game worth about 15€, just for modified maps from the 4. Portrait is from the 4 and this mean about old graphic. Small maps just for running and gunning, there's no sniping in the game anymore. Secondary weapon with no recoil, scope and ignoring totally rifle mechanics is the worst action they did.
