Mission 3 - Soldier sinks down into floor - bug

As i reached this place, which is in a far corner of the church grounds, I got spotted by a soldier, who is up here on the 1st floor.

As I climbed up along the wooden crates and grabbed onto the edge of the window, the soldier came towards it.

At the moment, I chose to do a melee kill, he sank down into the floor.

While the soldier was still sticking with his shoulders, out of the floor, Harry grabbed him and pulled him out.

Next, the soldier fell down, dead onto the garden ground.

Yes, you're right this is mission 2.

At the moment, I'm replaying mission 3 to look for the things I didn't find.
