i hope they finally leave the world war 2 setting. i like the sniper elite games but i have enough from this world war 2 setting.

Sure, the Japanese were mentioned a few times in Sniper Elite 5, but they've never taken center stage.

try Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 1 & 2.

Sniper Ghost Warrior series is a bit of a hit and miss. SGW3 plays like a sniper version of Far Cry 2 in eternal night. It gets gloomy but the game gives you a lot of freedom that SGW1 doesn't. SGW1 feels like an on-rails-shooter. SGW2 is marginally better than SGW1.

Wagner for antagonist and Azov for protagonist. Zelesnky kill or no. Ukraine war sounds fun idea to me. Due to its closeness, but it doesnt really touch West.

Ukraine War is fun becase theres new military stuff and old too. You could make interesting game series. For WW2 fans and for modern miltiary fans.

Yes the contracts games are better I enjoyed contracts 2 and need to go back and beat it on a higher level of difficulty

I thikn they should add SWG2 style mission to it. Both. Open World and Two kind of Missions sounds like a win to me. Just like in the old days when MMORPG had Dungeons. You could hop on helicopter and go to mission.

The game, as it stands, is fine. I'd rather they left it alone. The Second World War/Nazi setting is perfect, as is the pace: slow, focused on stealth, and with a third-person view. I wouldn't want them to turn SE into a run-of-the-mill shoot-em-up game, especially in first-person.

I finished the game and it was damn fun. I still love the gameplay. I would love to see this gameplay in Bond Game or Riddick etc. Yeah, different setting. Why not in somekind of Fantasy too. Sci-Fi. Cyberpunk.

Cyberpunk sounds best fun to me. They could bring some Cyberware. Cyber Eye is probably most obvious for Focus. I hate to use Focus in this game, because its immersive breaker. Guy looks like its been rough year of drinking and still senses stuff around him.

Sniper Elite 6 : WW1 , the hero , maybe Karl dad or other and enemies.. well.. prussian :) But before that, a new Zombie army with the last engine , this gonna be so good !

I would like to see the first game of the series redone. The story would need some work and with updated graphics and some map work, I think it would be a great game. Disguised as a German fighting the Russians. I still have the Disk version of Sniper Elite, bought it 2 days after the release back in '05 I believe.

Stay in WWII

In the next game or a spin-off, the player could be able to "collect" german traitors during the first playthrough in every mission.
After finishing the whole campagne the player is able to start a mission as the traitor and the player have to sabotage the whole mission. After escaping or dying the mission is over.
Everything that the player has reached as a traitor will be like in the end of the traitors mission, for example: a destroyed damm will remain destroyed in this mission.

And it's not all about to make a mission easy, it's more about to change the structure of the mission itself. Some sabotages could make the mission more easy or even harder.

I'd like to snipe in a battle zone, take pops at incoming aircraft, sabotage a railway line and get in a fire fight with the survivors, sneak onto a moving boat and creep about with the pistol and subsonic bullets then scuttle the boat, lots of options out there
