Coal torpedo not working (challenge kill Schoene : (mission 6)

Pick a note in the church(near blue objective), which make progress in red objective. Than pick up coal torpedo at first floor far right from church (watch out 4 soldiers and tank). Then climb to the target using vines. The target will start monologue about "burning evidence", you need to drop torpedo into bucket near fireplace and hide somewhere.

dont raise the alarm as soon as he is in a cautious stage he will never burn things again.
best way is to unlock the spawnpoint over the curch and start there then it's a straight shoot into the building

Have you managed the challenge with the community suggestions in mind?

My suggestion is you reset the difficulty to extramly easy and you go to that challenge directly as soon as mission start, the only one you gonna kill is the guy who on your path on street and after that kill no one, once you trigger the alarm you busted thus you need a solid save before you go in. Uwe refuse to pick the original A.I since the alarm changed him. So yes we fight the enemy and we fight the Devs at the same time, pay once receive double, who said the west capitalism dead already?

Honestly I didn't run into that issue. I actually had the enemies go into combat mode because I got spotted while placing the coal torpedo. I ran away, and about a minute later the Nazi guy went and blew himself up.

Thank you all for your info, I think the issue is that I raised an alarm and the target would not go to the room. Happy Gaming!

After several attempts I took the advice above for the entry point, made it past all the infantry. Schoene did not go outside this time. I hid in the room behind the fireplace & watched his movements. He left the room briefly & when he returned you could see him dip down as if to pick up coal from the pail. Soon as he left the room I planted the coal in the pail and hid on the floor behind the big desk ... Boom
