Mission 7 officer bug Poison

I'm having problems with mission 7, when I go to put the poison in the cup, the action to do it doesn't appear, so I can't complete the mission or if anyone has found a way to do it, can you help?

I had the same issue,do the following. Start at the Windmill and stealth kill the sniper in it and then the guy patrolling below. Do NOT engage the men in the courtyard near your objective as your target talks to one of them,run to the wall directly north of the windmill and climb the vines there. Sneak into barn that has the poison,stealth kill the 2 soldiers in there and grab said poison . Work your way to the right and lay down near outside window so that guard patrolling does not see you. Once he walks away jump through window and poison cup. If you engage ANYONE in courtyard the mission glitches. Here is the video showing exactly what to do. Finish the mission once so you can start it again from the windmill location and just restart if it bugs out. What Jonah above said and the video is all correct and worked for me yesterday.
