Can you upgrade to Deluxe from Standard Edition?
My kids gave me the Standard Edition and I'd like to upgrade to the Deluxe edition. Can this be done without having to buy the full Deluxe at $79?

Since it was purchased for me, I doubt that would work as it will probably just refund back to one of my kids credit cards. They should have an easy way to do an upgrade.

I'm pretty positive there will be a season pass (which is basically the extra deluxe content).
