I've already done it, it asks me for a dxdiag while the problem is not the players' PCs but their server functionality -_-

Just close steam and launch it again and it will download (restart). It works for me now :)

are you removing preload for standard edition?

yesterday I could preload the game ( even though it was only 600 MB so I decided not preload it ) , now the preload button is gone

I bought directly from rebellion (deluxe steam edition) and they didn't send me a key! Steam does not show game in library. Huh? Anybody in the same boat?
