Same issue with my deluxe edition Steam key - it redeemed fine and all the dlc, season pass, etc shows on the account but no button to download. I did a complete shutdown and restart to make sure, as well.

Ça commence a saouler de dépenser plus sur un jeu pour l'avoir en Early access et d'encore "essuyer les platres". C'est a chaque lancement la même chose. Les bétas testeurs c'est NOUS ! Les pigeons c'est nous aussi ! La rage !

t's starting to be painful, every time we launch a game in Early Access, we face problems! On the other hand, there are lots of people to make us pay! It's scandalous! We are the beta testers and the pigeons!

Yep, same here, hopefully they can resolve it soon. Was really looking forward to play it today.
