I suspect you won't be the last to point this out. When Sniper 5 was first released, it was a car crash
I ran the game with Denuvo (to have the invasion game mode running) first and my CPU usage was at 90-100% but the weird part was it only lagged like crazy when I got a killcam shot. I then ran the game without Denuvo, now my CPU usage is it 30-40% and doesn't lag during killcams.
You can uninstall Denuvo but you won't be able to play online sadly, I really wish devs would go with something simpler to use like EAC which even has reshade whitelisted.
Denuvo killing it, EAC is mutch better, it's not a massive FPS game or competitive game so why Denuvo Anti cheat... EAC would totally do the job, hope they will change they mind like Doom did back in the day !
but without async compute some shadow and object in the distance are flicking so its even worse then the kill cam framedrop
Was gonna get the game, but adding Denuvo is a 100% no go from me.
Hope it's worth losing a sale.
This fixed all issues 100% for me.
