surely not with the "Ghost kill" bug Fix.... as i just tested...

*by testing the first "Propaganda Poster" mission *on very easy
still no mele or pistol "ghost kill"... even if not detected in annyways,,,
unless:
you sneak up behind him.. the reg way / then you just run up on him the very last meters
so he *target kill" get "orange"
warned..and preform a takedown mele.. and u get a Ghost kill...
that might be possible to do /done..the 6000 points needed on very easy ???
... i'll say... a maybe

but annyways
it surely close impossible to be done on "Authentic"
and tag the 3000 points neeeded for Gold
for all the 4 "Propaganda" missions that involve "Ghost Kills"
and then to get the Steam Achivement

13.8 GB update when ? may be a rather Large Double Barrel, Pink Panzer Faust :) be good with rapid fire & endless ammo, no 13GB up date here

with also a bigger Patch....
new weapon - new character /skins and a new MP map..... probably

no 13GB up date here, most of them going back to SE5 ect: are Game rebuilds .

Didn't have an update either, I however had to re-install the redistributables, so probabably just the game re-downloading some of the files for you for a random reason

I got the deluxe edition and still no update, so no. Also they only lock DLCs if you don't own them while having the content on disc for everyone regardless. So it's most likely that it just redownloaded some of the files for you (perceived it as broken or some other random reason).

Also if you look at the update history on SteamDB: https://steamdb.info/app/2169200/history/

There has been no updates, last file changes were 11 days ago now. All other changes are primarily number changes and achievement preperations which none of require client updates.

Yup, given that the Achievements got added a few days ago I think they'll most likely release it in a few days at most a week or two, but we'll see when it drops
