Exactly. I couldn't believe it when I saw the footage. I believe there was no shot above 30m or so.

I mean, it's basically just a DLC for SE5, nothing more, nothing less. Doesn't matter if there is a new character skin for the main character, neither if there are some additional voice lines (years ago, this would have been considered normal for a DLC).
But I can clearly see where Rebellion is coming from. Instead of adding just another DLC for SE5 (they are selling less and less) or going straight to SE6, they just insert this for a probably much needed cashflow.
A few years down the road this would have been probably even marketed straight away as SE6, so this may just be a test balloon, how far they can go.
Did you really see any new assets?
+ map looks nice
+ heart rate seems to go up more quickly
~ more of the same
- heart level drops far too quickly -- 120 to 60 in <10 seconds would give Bjorn Borg a heart attack
- first melee kill looked buggy -- the enemy was facing the player, then "blinked" into a back-stab position
- jeep driver doesn't become alerted, despite being <5m away and in line of sight
- objective marker visible through level geometry / buildings (settings?)
- repeated same line of dialogue
- butt rushing altered enemies in close quarters and using take-downs, still seems to be the best way to kill
- enemies still seem to yell first and shoot later then die
- gets shot and loses only chip damage; grenade AoE shows blood effect without incurring damage; auto-healing HP segments (difficulty?)
- no Marie appearance (she better be in!)
So far, it looks pretty early to judge... But, although I want to play it, that clip didn't make me want to rush out and pre-order. Will wait for some more fleshed-out footage...
Surely, those are just for the demo -- to not "offend" [Semitic] sensibilities.
I HOPE that is the reason that swastikas are not showing in the demo. To actually remove that historical accuracy is complete BS. I will not buy it if that is the case.
