Report a translation problem
I'd actually be more interested in them taking SE4 and "re-booting" it with what they're using for SE5/SE:R... If for nothing else, it would be interesting to see if the enemy scripts in SE4 could carry over to the SE5/SE:R version of the game engine (assuming anything meaningful was done script-wise, from SE4 to SE5).
So, it's not the technical aspects that dictate their decisions; but, the financial ones.
