Mainly I wish they removed it after a while, it's kind of insane Sniper Elite 4 has it after all this time, the game has been cracked already, people who wanted that game have bought it already, so why is it still there? It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ticking time bomb and something that dissuades people against the DRM to get the game.

Anti-piracy safeguards are OK as long as they do not harm legitimate users. NP such serious sam 3 had an interesting solution that there in one of the initial missions appeared an immortal scorpion and it was not possible to pass the game further. Simple, easy and without harm to the legal user. Pirated games often perform better than those equipped with denuvo due to the fact that it is a resource killer for the computer.

They never will. They have yet to remove it from any of their older games. Those games will also be unplayable the day this dev dies off or they decide to stop paying for Denuvo servers.

This dev is also hostile to anyone who talks about Denuvo too. Theyve been known to ban users on forums

I agree. This is basically Sniper Elite 5 with new maps and Characters / Story. Why couldn't they have just stuck with Easy Anti-Cheat? Single Player and Multiplayer works great in Linux. Now i am worried that i will not be able to play a Co-op game with my friend. REMOVE DENUVO!! No one likes it. Eventually you will remove it anyway, so do it now.

Major performance issues for older systems. As well as it will drop my Killcams to 2 FPS after about 10 minutes. If its on. Remove it and play the Solo Campaign without invasions or Co-op and it will run fine the entire time. This anti-cheat is literally ruining the game and if not fixed in some way by next week I'm going to refund it as its currently unplayable in Co-op/Invasion.

Denuvo DRM + Denuvo anti-cheat running in Ring 0, the kernel level in an operating system, which is the most privileged level of protection and can access everything. And you are paying for it hence the increased price.

And the anti-cheat doesnt even seem to be working lol. There was a thread earlier of a couple people complaining about a player teleporting all over the map

I was playing Sniper Elite 5 the other day, single player campaign, invasions off since I was trying to get trophies, and the game closed completely mid mission with a warning message from the EasyAntiCheat saying something along the lines of suspected tampering. I'm not sure what tripped it up, maybe my anti-virus or something?
