DLC?
RE5 had a bunch of DLCs. You can get the PS3 game for less than £10 with the extra costumes and missions. The steam store doesn't mention them. Do they come with it?

No clue. Was wondering this myself.

RE5 Gold content is only available on the 360 and PS3. Which includes two extra DLC campaigns, new characters in mercenaries and new costumes.

If I am not mistaken, the new COSTUMES are supposed to be on the PC version.

That's where the costumes came from in the first place, or at least some of them did.

Just bought and installed it. Doesn't look like any of the DLC is here. Any way I can buy it elsewere?

Are they in the regular PC version, or as DLC or a collectors pack or something of that nature?

I have seen mods that reskin the costumes that are DLC on console, so if the costumes aren't availible somewhere officially, they do exist as mods.

There's only a couple new costumes in the PC version. The Gold Edition content never came to PC. However, the data for the Versus Mode DLC that was put on consoles is on the PC version. There's a mod on the internet somewhere which unlocks it and exploits it to have 4-player Mercenaries mode.

like ransu said, there is a mod that unlocks some of the dlc. kinda like dead space 2 having ALL the dlc but just "switched off"

Well, that sucks. I was going to buy it too. Might as well get the console version then.

If you can, get gold, also called "Move edition" (you don't need the move controller). It has all the DLC and you can get it for less than a tenner.

Same here, I have it already on xbox already with all DLC. Such a shame, would have puchased it for PC :(

I just got it since I don't have my Xbox copy anymore. I'd like to seee it running with my new GTX 660. :)

I had ended up buying it on the console for the Gold Edition content. I eventually bought it on the PC as the PC version really is better than the console version. But the Gold Edition content was awesome. At least for one play through.

I have all the DLC for my Xbox copy, but the PC version which I got on sale shocked me by how much better it looked and played. It is like a different game for me. I really wish they would release all the DLC for the PC version.

It's not gonna happen. Capcom's already said that the PC version was initially just a port and that originally they hadn't planned on anything resembling DLC, much less a PC port. So when the time came to actually implement DLC, they were a bit over their heads and didn't have time, resources, willingness or funds to port all that stuff to PC as well. Which, they say, they're fixing with RE6, since the console versions AND the PC version seem to have been developed in-tandem, in order to keep the versions concurrent with each other and ready to accept any future functionality Capcom might want to implement (read: DLC).
