Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition Launcher help

I am having problems where when I launch the game it opens an unusual cmd at location C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5\Launcher.exe saying the following code line: res = 1, err = 0x00000012, This are no more files. GFWL had been shut down so I do not know how to fix this.

That is normal.
It has scanned your save file and found no more files it needs to deal with

alright and why isnt there both a dx10 and dx9 launcher in there? because I have seen many directories with both in them. Also what is a good trainer for Resident Evil 5 Steam
without all the crashing?

The steam release is DX9 only. Only the GFWL version has both DX9 and DX10
