Does Capcom have any Support at all?
I have sent 3 emails to the capcom support link from the game page and also posted here in the bug thread three times. Yet I have been ignore and unable to play since purchase of DLC. The guy who posted the bug thread, the link from his profile does not work. Any other way to contact their wonderful support TEAM?

PS. gfwl sucks.

Havent gotten any kind of support either and people who DID get responses were met with GENERIC auto replies that didnt even pay attention to what they wrote

same here. I PM'ed capcom about their very own sticky issue / bug topic here at RE5 forum, along with two of my own direct questions.

No reponse, and thats like one week ago.

Do you realize that there are millions of people like you who everyday send emails for every stuffs, that they're a bunch of people at backdesk help and they can't, by any means, read and answer every single email they got in so little time?

my game crashes when I start .It worked fine till the patch.I now have to get it from other places to play it i guess.Lesson learnt ...don't buy crap from capcom.

Who are you talking to? I buy a product and it does not work, so im a little kid for asking for support, or wanting to play the game i paid for. Are you Drunk. No wonder corporations F us whenever they want, people like you defend them.

Isnt it illegal to sell a product that does not work, and not have any kind of support. Its been two weeks , even Steams pathetic support would have responded. Its a shame that such a Missmanaged publisher makes such great games.

I was asking if there was some other way to contact them, because I dont know about you, but when i buy something i expect it to work.

Hell yeah im special, or atleast i expect to hear from customer service within two weeks. You know we dont all live in freedom crushing communist countries, where you get thrown in prison or murdered for speaking out. You have been waiting only half as long as me, yet you dont complain? Its ok to complain, you have a right to buy something and expect it to work.

Maybe if more people would grow a pair and speak out, they wouldnt get away with horrible service like this!
