Is there anyway you or the team could consider adding the reunion characters to versus or making a versus reunion at all, outside of users making a mod for it?
They probably ported the gold edition directly. PC users got the skins as an added bonus for the pc release but they were in the gold edition anyway. So they were probably treated like gold edition content since they most likely looked at a diff between the console versions and not just what needed to still be added to the pc version.
On launch I have the skins without needing to unlock them but my friend who hasn't bought the dlc does not.
Did you buy the dlc?
There's no unlock requirement for them. Everyone who owns the pc version should have those costumes regardless of if they own the dlc or not. That's how it's been since release.
