Hydra Unlock Bugged?

I've fully upgraded the Ithaca M37 and the Hydra won't unlock. Is this a bug?

It worked fine for me and I just fully upgraded the M37 yesterday and bought the hydra today.

Right- yesterday I even bought a new M37 and upgraded it completely, yet no sight of the Hydra in the store. Now I have two fully upgraded M37s with infinite ammo.

Have you beaten the game? It probably won't show up until New Game +.

I've beaten the game on Normal, Veteran, and Professional. Might start another NG+ just to make sure.

I have exactly the same bug after 3 playthroughs and upgraded M37, no hydra.

In my case it S&W M500, with full upgrade of S&W M29, it does not unlock in the store...

Capcom doesnt support this game anymore, what you can find are specific patches in fanpages.
This means, keep waiting forever for your patch, Capcom ♥♥♥♥♥ in everything

Try selling off your Ithacas (ALL OF THEM), playing through a level, saving your new inventory, then buy a new Ithaca and upgrade it. Or clear inventory as mentioned (including playing through a level), get the Ithaca from the normal pickup point, and upgrade that.

Yeah it's a chunk of money, but eh. What ya gonna do. If you go for all achievements, you'll have more money than you can use anyways.
