I mispoke. I mean that the Gold edition on consoles contains 2 DLCs, and I postulated that the DLC files have (and possibly will be) downloaded to our PC game as there's no purchasable DLC or Gold version in the Steam store as of now.
Who said they should all pop up on steam? It doesn't always work that way.
It's quite possible that although the transfer to steam will be a free upgrade, you might have to pay to upgrade to the gold edition. Unlike the Batman games, Capcom has never converted the DLC to PC and thus have never made money off them in the PC environment. Batman also had the issue of not being able to switch GFWL DLC to Steam DLC, so they didn't have a choice but to give everyone GOTY edition incase some people had to buy all the DLC twice. But Capcom, being in a different boat, might want to put the DLC up as a purchasable item to make money off all the work they just did to make the DLC PC compatible. Which I think is fair.
They might be generous and offer us the DLC for free, but they aren't under any obligation to.
100% agreed. The Mansion DLC (forgot its name) looks really good.
