How long does it take for Capcom support to respond?

I wrote them a question yesterday, indicated in the subject "re5"
Then i got "your request has been received". It's been over 12 hours. Or will they not answer me because I am from Russia?

So basicly it's like any other mods in others games.

The mention of "actively monitor content"
It's not like they know, what you have in game files, and if you useing 3rd P.Program
It's more around stats, that you do in game.

Kills / Online games played / play time / score / and others.
(the things that are publicly avalible on scoreboard)

Note: 16 years since game came out, nothing.
Maybe, just MAYBE in RE5 Remake??? they'll add something ?
(since it's: co-op / versus)
