For anyone who needs it. (Starting Tips)

Sheva AI is, and will always be bad.

If you want a slightly better time with sheva, give her ONE weapon and upgrade it whenever you have extra money or if its needed. Use sheva as a storage for your extra ammo, heals (50/50 on this since she uses them a lot) or grenades. If its your first time playing give sheva the first sniper you get, the S75. After you upgrade just a few times it'll be enough for her to help you through the entire game, just keep in in mind to let her keep the rifle ammo.

You can save money on reload speed if you're quick enough to reload from inventory. If you open the inventory menu, and drag the ammo you need onto a gun, you can skip the reload animation completely and can save you in a pinch.

If you need to farm money early for whatever reason, the marshland level (3-1) is a GOLDMINE. There is a total of 19 treasures just look up a treasure run on YT and you'll find they are really easy to grab just by running through the level. Run the chapter a few times, and you can easily get enough gold to max out a weapon. And the very next chapter (4-1) has 26 treasures and gets you a bit more but is a little bit harder.

The second uroboros boss (5-2) is pretty difficult, and sometimes bugs out. To make your time a little easier, if you save some flame grenades from your time playing, you can use them during the boss after you get done using the flamethrower and it'll help you DRASTICALLY.
As for when the boss bugs, it is usually because your FPS is usually too high and in that case you can either cap your FPS, or use a RPG, which is more fun than fighting the boss anyway since the uroboros bosses are really boring (imo)

Whenever you upgrade your weapons ammo capacity, you also get all the bullets in the gun back, so if you have 0 ammo, if you upgrade the ammo capacity you get a full mag again.

If you're playing on higher difficulty, during the jill vs wesker fight, make sheva open the coffin with you and grab the hawk. From there you can hide behind the walls and take wesker out pretty easily before the timer runs out, just hit the head, do the combo, and rinse and repeat. Try to keep sheva close to you or fill her with heals because the AI is NOT going to survive 90% of the time.

i would consider repeating the chapters kinda abusing/cheating as i assume you suposed to play the first time all in sequence, and the balance of items in the game is distributed with that sequence in mind, you not suposed to have 30 rocket launchers in a single playtrough.

but other than that great tips, repeating chapters breaks the balance a little bit i belive.

All this has already been posted in different threads here multiple times. Even i made a beginner Guide years ago which didn't make it to the sticky thread because no one cares. beginners do not read or post here, they start posting here when they have issues to kill Uroboros in 5-2. The amount of Numbers Players Rage Quit RE5 is the highest anywhere. Its just bad for coop. If i want to have an enjoyable coop Game i usually have to wait 1-2 hours to find one. I never play with russians. Super aggressive, annoying, scammers, cheaters. Avoid it if you can. I often play 1-1 with new players, hell they are even that stupid that they kick me off the game after i gave them ammo and herbs.
