Vertical monitor split screen? 1080x1920?

So I decided to try this game finally with a friend. Got it from an RE bundle but somehow I skipped this title. My cousin told me, we should play it, locally split screen mode. And we did and damn, I freakin' loved it! Didn't play it through yet.

Question: I have an AOC monitor with pivot option, I can make it vertical, so basically 1080x1920 resolution, 9:16 aspect ratio. Which sounds fun for a split screen game for me. The game started that way, setting the screen orientation 90 degree, but as soon as we started the coop, well, big black lines on top and bottom, actually, some of the HUD was missing. I was hoping it'll fill the screen and we'll have some half monitor vertical split.
Is there any solution for that? Would like to give it a try.

To adjust split-screen in local co-op mode, go to /options-system settings-split-screen mode= FULL/ there's a mod called ''RE5Fix_v1.0.4'' helps fix certain bugs in the game, adds the option to adjust the game's resolution and HUD to your monitor's resolution, doesn't replace any files, and works fine with the latest game update. Download and unzip the files, then paste those files into the game's root folder and you'll have the mod installed.
Note: To configure certain mod things, open the file named ''RE5Fix.ini'' true= to activate. false= to disable I hope I helped you Greetings...
