When enough damage is done to the host's body, the Plaga will suddenly mutate, and burst out from the neck.

Best way to avoid this is: Shoot Knee/leg area --> Go behind the Enemy and...

"Head Grab" (Jill)
or
"Suplex" (Josh)

= 100% Safe from Plaga Transformation and ALWAYS is an Insta Kill !!
