DLC Not showing

i recently finished playing the game with a friend and we decided to jump hop on untold stories but for some reason it doesn't give me option to play it. and yes we both own the dlc we even tried to re-buy it but it shows as "already own" whats going on?

1. check if DLC content is Downloaded
> Right Click on Resident Evil 5 in library > properties > DLC
> Check that "Resident Evil 5 - Untold Stories BUNDLE" is ON.
- IF So, try "Verify integrity of Game files" / IF not tick it ON and let game install it.

2. IF all of this is Fine and game still in menu doesn't show DLC stuff. then:
> Check if you finished game on Any Difficulty
(it might seems stupid, but there is catch, if you connected in middle or switched difficutly in middle of playtrought, the game doesn't count this as "fully" completed on any difficutly)
> Inside of RE5 in menu visit "Records" and on right side you can see panel of Ranks on each map on specific diff.
Make sure, that at least 1 of the Difficulty is fully completed, if NOT you need to visit that chapter/map and complete it on that specific difficutly.
Once at least 1 of the diff. is completed (no matter what rank) game will be "Completed" that should unlocking you the DLC stuff and rest of the game...

3. IF ONE of you can acces DLC stuff, then you can bypass this problem by hosting the lobby and getting inv. trought steam.
