downgrades the game to earlier versions in order to work, meaning your friends
or randoms you MIGHT find through the in-game browsers have to or use the
same game version.
If you meant "crosshair" as in crosshair textures, then these 2 are your best bets :

The only FOV changer I've ever used was the one provided by Lyall's RE5Fix :

It provides many other fixes & improvements, that can be toggled ON or OFF
through the configurable .ini file the mod comes with. Just keep in mind the
game wasn't designed with high FOV in mind, so values higher than 8 or 9 in the
.ini break or glitch the game's rendering in many ways, mostly noticeable in the
unloading of the terrain in front of you and all the map texture gaps.
