Unfortunately, ever since CAPCOM updated the game recently, 95% of all graphics mods are not compatible with the new patch, so the only thing close to a graphics mod you can try out is the "RE5Fix" mod (1st Google search result from a GitHub page) - not only does it fix resolution related issues with the game, it also features an option you can enable to increase the quality of the shadows in-game, but most importantly in your case - it has an option that can remove the yellowish-green color filter.
Whatever you do though, make sure you're not using the FOV option - after a specific value, the game has some serious rendering problems. (textures and LODs around you disappear and reappear at random and it's not pleasant to look at, I had to find out about that thanks to a thread I had created a few months ago)
Since I can't confirm whether this is true or not, it might be best to leave the OP to check this out himself.
