how to install mods on RE5?

I tried to put a mod on my RE5 but it didn't work so other attempts that didn't work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, could someone explain to me the correct way?

Make sure the directory is right, nativePC_MT/Image/Archive. Btw what mod are you using? Character mod? Or something else?

yes, i put it in that folder. I was trying to put Wesker and Jill into campaign mode. so far unsuccessful

Just use Fluffy Manager.
