If I make a comparison between the times she was helpful and the times she wasn't, you'd be surprised.
But I'm pretty sure that was sarcasm.
My biggest complaints with the AI is how they sometimes progress to certain parts so you can't command them to mule. Also how they stand out in the open against majini with guns.

It seems like a design oversight at this particular junction. Normally, Pro enemies ignore Sheva to focus on Chris (or vice-versa, depending on who the player is). But Jill's AI has her targeting Sheva, which is why this part is such a pain.
