ng+ difficulty
so can i change the difficulty in ng+, or i have to beat the game in all difficulty to get 100%?

Ng+ not a difficulty. Its just let you play as Sheva and unlock some bonus features ( but you need to buy them with points)

You can change the difficulty anytime from the "Chapter Select" menu.

you unlock pro campaign in NG+

To unlock professional you need beat a game on veteran first
