Sheva on Lickers

On my first playthru, in chapter 5-2 where you cross a licker-filled tunnel, I decided to neglect'em. So I keep walking in silence but somehow Sheva disturbs them.
She's in COVER mode.
Anyone else?

In coop you can equip stun rods, walk and have fun killng all of them lickers - they won't give a damn. Too bad AI partner is too dumb for that.
