I just tried it again as you replied. I have zero issues using the program to make the game borderless.

If it doesn't work, you can try to find some alternatives[pcgamingwiki.com].

GeDoSaTo will probably be your best bet. As Resident Evil 5 uses DirectX 9.

Your monitor is probally a standart 4:9
16:9 and 21:9 resolutions the program messes with the overlay.
