Reaper bug in Chapter 5-3

After you defeat the boss in chapter 5-2 and advance in chapter 5-3, there is this place where you get the 3rd sniper rifle and activate a generator for the cargo platform. There you have to fight some Military Majini and 3 Reapers problem is sometimes the game breaks 1 or 2 Reapers from spawning. I have managed to get them spawed several times but it requires many restarts.
Is the game have some sort of auto difficulty or something ? Any tips on how to get all 3 Reapers to spawn ?

It's not a bug, it's randomness. Most times two Reapers spawn, but there's a small chance of getting three and an even smaller chance of getting just one.

According to the Piggyback guide, there's a 2/7 chance of getting all three Reapers spawn. Also, if you get only two, there's a random factor that calculates whether you get to fight Reaper 1 and 2, or 1 and 3, or 2 and 3.

There's another random calculation on whether the Reaper near the control room spawns before or after entering the control room.

Aparently the majini affects their spawn if they get to a certain point the Reaper spawn gets broken.

I got reaper spawn when big man majini show up. It was crazy , music suddenly changed and reaper suddenly appear behind me while i was shooting big man majini.
