another method is get tons of PAB-80LR's and make a saturation attack. PAB-80LR specifically because it is a small bomb, making it harder to get intercepted, it can glide so you can safely bomb and load tons of them
I personally first get a plane and load crap tons of PAB-80LR's and bomb the aa defenses, radars, anything that can stop me. Then I switch to nukes
The game has a difficult time dealing with saturation attacks and alpha strikes, so that's what you use. Most carpet bombing doesn't affect a large area, though, so you have to be patient and keep chipping away, one SPAAG at a time, all while denying the OPFOR.
You can sometimes lob in a nuke and get it to catch AA right at the edge of the nuke's blast, that can work as well. Again, because you are literally using a nuclear bomb to destroy a truck, it will take many passes before you eliminate enough of the AA.
If you don't have time/just don't want to clear out the air defense, lead your nuke with some 250s or something. The SPAAGs and R-SAMs will tend to target the closest munitions.
