UI: joystick calibration tool
The calibration screen seems overly complex compared to Window Joystick control panel. Given this is something I have to do every time I play, I'd welcome a simpler/faster tool to do it.

BTW way what is the difference between the white and the grey arrows in the calibration?

It's not something you have to do every time! Calibration might not be the best word - it's a sensitivity and deadzone menu. The lower arrow of an axis is the input from the controller, the upper arrow is the output that is then sent to your airframe ingame.
I've seen this utility in other games, I think it's a standard calibration tool for Unity.

Actually I have too every time I plug in the `Logitech Extreme 3D Pro`. Love the stick, but its calibration or concept of dead zones is nil. Often when you start up there is "drift" in one axis (or two) and its not consistent (sometimes to the left, other times to the right). Takes several unplug/plug-in cycles before it behaves (much like warming up a car). (And yes I would love to get a VKB Controller, but no Canadian reseller available & the duties suck).

So simpler faster tool would help the whole process along.

That's a hardware issue, not a fault of NO itself. Windows calibration should do the task just fine.
The Extreme 3D Pro is... serviceable, but every axis is cheap potentiometers meaning your only options to solve this problem permanently are contact cleaner, sautering projects, or buying something else. Maybe a T16000, if VKB is unattainable.
Also I feel sorry for the USB port you're plugging it into... those springs must be so, so loose.

It is part hardware issue. What I'm asking for is a better tool to help; the calibration UI is cumbersome when you have to use it a lot IMO.
