Report a translation problem
If there's no green light, make sure there's no sunlight on the receiver. If there's no blue light, you need to update your TIR software. If there's an orange light, your TIR is in pause mode, unpause it.
I don't think the game crash on mission load is related to TIR, it's just a new thing the game does in this version. As far as I know, the dev is aware of the crash and is doing something about it. As for TIR quitting after a match, that's also a known bug but no idea on the progress for a fix.
TIR is AWESOME. The game opens up with head-tracking. Without... yes, it's playable, but wooof. I'm just so pleased the dev was able to shoehorn TIR in!
That is a known issue and has been fixed in the dev build
