What does that line mean??

The closer you'd get to the target, there's this two arrow marks that start from bottom and top each and eventually meet at the center. You should drop the bomb when those both markers meet or just before they meet. Those bombs are not fully guided but still have some amount of tracking ability, so a few seconds error won't matter that much. When you get to it closer enough, there will also be a countdown right by the line, which helps you to bomb it at the right time. Drop the bombs like 2~0 secs left.
