Having trouble landing chicane

So i would say i can fly the chicane ok got all the controls down can manage to get my objectives done flying and maneuvering just fine . The trouble im having is when i comes to landing for some reason . I slow down on my approach slowly decreasing collective but then ill get a vrs error and just lose control from there . I have been trying different methods but cant seem to get the hang of landing the chopper for some reason , cant imagine landing on the ship but would love to get that eventually…
Anyways i know its probably my skill issue or something I'm doing wrong any help or advice would be appreciated

To avoid VRS your vertical speed should not be any greater than minus 5 meters per second, just to be sure. and don't drop your collective any further the moment you descend, only adjust it with minor mouvements so you stay aligned and avoid eventual VRS

Hey , thanks for your advice i will give that a try . The vertical speed is displayed on the hud right nect to the collective,correct?
